We have developed two new black eyeliners waterproof. The 96J17 has been formulated as a Nail&Cuticle Tattoo pen. It is made of a special carbon black pigment with high coverage and a high concentration of polymers for a real waterproof and rub resistant effect. It is also smudge proof and sweat proof. The 96J17L is made of the same pigment in the same concentration but has less polymers. Still the waterproof effect is excellent.
